All private hire users must have a British Gymnastics Level 2 and a first aider.

​

​

 Booking conditions  

• A non-refundable deposit of (£50) is required. 

• This booking form must be completed and returned ASAP. 

• The ‘responsible person’ must ensure the gym is left in an acceptable condition. 

• There is a late fee charge if you run over 10 minutes of your allocated time. Late charge £10 for every 10 minutes.

Bookings for events and performance displays that include spectators will incur a cleaning fee.

All general cleaning equipment including vacuum, mops, brooms, and wet floor signs can be found in the kitchen next to the cleaning cupboard. The mop buckets can be found in the kitchen. Towels can also be found next to the freezer.
