Recreational acro workshop

5 years - 13 years

​

Cartwheels, handstand and walkover 

This 1 hour workshops is designed to cover basic acro skills (Cartwheel, handstands and walkovers). 

The focus is breaking down basic gymnastics acro moves. 

As we are breaking down the skill this makes the workshop suitable for all children that are keen to learn.

Wednesday 19th February - 11:05-12:05 

Recreational apparatus workshop

5 years - 13 years

​

This 1 hour workshop will include a Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault. This workshop is ideal for those who enjoy their normal gymnastic class or those who are keen to have ago at gymnastics and have a go on our equipment.
